COMMUNITY KIRTAN with Anahata Bhakti

Join kirtan band Anahata Bhakti for two beautiful and heart-opening hours of devotional song and chant, accompanied by harmonium, drums, guitars, keys, and percussion.

Kirtan is one of the core practices of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion. Songs are sung in both sanskrit and english, often in a call and response format. Kirtan is meant to be a participatory experience, and all voices are welcome! Dancing and moving your body is encouraged if you feel so called! However if you prefer to just listen, that is a beautiful practice as well.

Pay what you can, $25-$45 is suggested to help keep this offering sustainable. No need to register, just show up!

Join me and my fellow musicians of Joy Loom as we lead a Song Circle Jam at this beautiful event at Buck Creek Sanctuary in celebration of Beltane. The Joy Loom Song Circle Jam will happen on the evening of Friday April 25.
